Usage Tips

• Avoid Bone: Use the device only on soft muscle tissue; avoid direct contact with bones (like the elbow itself), joints, or the front of the neck.
• Operation: To turn it on, press and hold the power button for about 2–3 seconds. A quick press usually cycles through the 9 speeds.
