For Hair :  Partition your hair and apply it to your hair and leave it on for about 20 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water, and then follow up with a conditioner

Leave it on for about 15 minutes, and then wash off with lukewarm water. 

For Nails : Simply place a small quantity of this combo on your nails.

You can let it stay for about 30 minutes before washing it off with normal water.
