Osavi Magnesium Balance & Relax 90 capsules

Food supplement in the form of a hard capsule containing magnesium, zinc, L-aspartic acid and vitamin B6. Created to relieve stress and improve relaxation.

• Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Zinc and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Recommended daily dose

3 capsules, an hour before sleep.

Method of use

Swallow the capsules with a glass of water. We suggest taking three capsules 1 hour before sleep.

Ingredients

Magnesium salts of citric acid, shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), inulin, L-aspartic acid, OptiZinc® (zinc mono-L-methionine sulfate, natural vanilla flavouring), pyridoxine hydrochloride.
