This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, normal wear and tear, or use for commercial purposes. Any defective product will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Winners' Bookshop. To obtain warranty service, the buyer must provide proof of purchase and contact Winners' Bookshop within the warranty period. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for the buyer. Winners' Bookshop makes no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The extent of Winners' Bookshop's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, and Winners' Bookshop will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
