This product is covered by a one-year limited warranty, which ensures that it is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty specifically excludes any damage or malfunction caused by poor usage, such as misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs. Additionally, it does not cover accidental damage, including but not limited to drops, spills, impacts, or exposure to extreme conditions, as well as normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, and fading that do not affect the product's performance. Any issues arising from the use of unauthorized or incompatible third-party components or accessories, and any alterations or modifications made to the product without the express consent of the manufacturer, are also not covered by this warranty. To make a claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue to our customer service team, who will assist with the process and arrange for the repair or replacement of the product if the claim is valid. This warranty is non-transferable, applies only to the original purchaser, and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Repairs or replacements under this warranty will not extend the original warranty period.
