The SKIN 1004 Madagascar Tone Brightening Boosting Toner helps boost hydration and radiance by exfoliating dead skin cells, brightening skin tone, and preserving moisture. The toner has a watery type texture that absorbs rapidly to leave the skin supple and refreshed, making it suitable for all skin types.
The toner is made up of 90% of Centella Asiatica which soothes irritation, protects the skin barrier, and accelerates damaged skin recovery with its antioxidant and soothing properties. It also contains madecassoside, a patented brightening ingredient that increases stability and reduces skin irritation.
It dissolves dead skin cells, improves moisture absorption, and leaves the skin smooth with a blend of Papaya, Apple, Grape, and Plum fruit extracts. The Vitamin C and Niacinamide present in the toner brighten the skin tone, while Xylitol, Betaine, and Panthenol lock in hydration. Its low pH formula free of artificial fragrance, mineral oil, essential oil, and alcohol is sensitive skin-friendly.
