It is recommended that you choose the size of your Always Menstrual Cup based on your period strength and the tampon or sanitary pad size you normally use. If you use Mini, Normal or Super Tampons, test the cup for regular period. If you use Super Plus, test the menstrual cup for heavy periods. 

To Insert the menstrual cup.

Boil the menstrual cup for 5-8 minutes before first use and after each period and dry thoroughly. Wash your hands every time before and after inserting the menstrual cup. By folding the menstrual cup, you decrease the size and make it easier to put on. Test the different folding techniques to find the most comfortable shape for you. Most women need a little exercise to properly insert the menstrual cup. Relax and take time before using the menstrual cup for the first time.

To remove menstrual cup.

Wash your hands before removing the menstrual cup. To remove the menstrual cup, grip the stem of the menstrual cup with your fingers. Don't pull it yet! Squeeze the bottom of the menstrual cup together (not the stem) and pull out the cup slowly. Removal may require a little practice. It is also important to know that the mug cannot disappear into your body. It may take you a few tries to be able to know how to best remove the menstrual cup.

Cleaning the menstrual cup.

After removing the menstrual cup and emptying the menstrual fluid into the toilet, wash the cup with a mild soap and rinse thoroughly so that no residue is left behind. After drying, you can replace the cup. After each period, you should boil the menstrual cup for 5-8 minutes. Dry the cup thoroughly before placing it in the case.
