Operation

Wrap the foot maager wraps tightly around your legs and foot. Connect the adapter to the wraps and a power supply. Long pre the switch on to open, short pre to adjust intensity. Pre program on to switch between 6 programs. Pre heat on to switch between low/high/none.

Note: 1. Hold the velcro and wrap from ttoe to ankle to calf.

Pre the velcro to fasten it to prevent loosening. Follow “ R ” and “ L ” indication and wrap to your foot.
