1. Lay the cask flat with the perforated opening facing upwards. 2. Break and lift up the perforated flap and remove the lower square. 3. Gently pull the tap through the perforated flap and slide it down into the square opening. 4. Push the perforated flap back to secure the tap in position. 5. To dispense wine, stand the cask upright. 6. Turn the tap anticlockwise to regulate the flow rate.
