First Method - using a puncher to drill a 1/4 inch hole in the middle of the PE tube, and then put them directly into the mainline.
Second Method - these drip irrigation sprinklers be inserted into the end of a length of 1/4 inch tubing for plants that aren't close to the mainline. (Note: Please soak the tubing in very hot water for a bit before inserting the fittings )
