The lamp shade and bulb are separated from the lamp base before the first use. When you receive the table lamp, some simple aembly operation needed: Pls screw off the PVC ring from the bulb base then put the lamp shade on to bulb base;Then screw the ring back to bulb base again to fix the lamp shade; Finally install the bulb.
