This new design of engine pre heater uses a more efficient and reliable 3kW ceramic heating to heat the engines coolant. The Engine Pre Heaters employ an internal circulation pump that remains on even when the thermostat trips the heating , this allows for a much quicker warm up time than designs which also cut the pump when the thermostat trips. These more powerful Pre Heaters cost less to operate than lower wattage units as the warm up time is greatly reduced and less heat is wasted due to natural convection from the engine and pipework.
