This is a very heavy dustbin with a step up at the bottom and a flipping lid at the top.  use it in the kitchen for throwing trash or in offices. some may even use it as laundry baskets for keeping dirty socks and clothes. when throwing something in the dust bin, flap the lid at the top and throw in. remove the entire lid when emptying the dustbin. the dustbin has a capacity of 30 liters.
