The thickne gauge is used to measure the thickne of electroplated and coated plates on metals, as well as the thickne of non-ferroic coatings on ferroic metals (such as iron, nickel, cobalt, etc.), such as: paint/enamel/chromium on steel, aluminum /Paint and anodized coating on copper, as well as the thickne of the paint on the car, the surface of metal parts, the thickne of the coating, etc. This product also has a built-in dual-princle probe of ic induction and eddy current, which can automatically identify the metal substrate to be tested. Simply place it on the surface to be tested, and the coating thickne can be automatically calculated.

Princle:

1.The gauge takes the precision integrated probe, and uses princles of electro-ic induction and the eddy current effect, which automatically detects the attribute of substrates.

2.The Gauge is designed for non-destructively measuring the thickne of coating and painting.
