Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, refunds, and returns for all orders must be communicated with a customer service representative and obtained permission before processing.

1) Cancellation: Cancellation is not possible during the product preparation, shipment preparation, and shipment completion stages. (If the first delivery is free, round-trip delivery costs are borne)
2 If the is not due to a defect in the product but due to the customer simply changing their mind or ordering incorrectly (size, color, etc.), the round-trip shipping fee and other costs will be borne by the customer. Even if the initial shipping fee is free, you must pay the round-trip shipping fee.
Refunds are not possible for reasons such as monitor color and texture differences or minor scratches. A will be processed after paying the return fee, collecting the product, receiving the product from us, and checking the product.

Exchanges and Returns

When exchanging or returning an item, please be sure to contact customer service first before proceeding.
*Returns can be requested within 3 days of receipt after delivery.

Initial defect

We will only exchange if there is an initial defect.
If there is a defect in the product, you must return the product as you purchased it (including the box) within 7 days. Items may be returned if the box and accessories are missing.
