This controller is single shaft sunshine tracing controller, it adopt the special internal and external double detect position detect head to detect the sunshine direction, process analyse judgement through the SCM electric circuit on the controller to the detect head signal, execute the whole process of tracing sunshine through the corresponding motor of electric relay assembly control platform on the electric circuit board, at the same time, it still has the functions such as leveling when meet wind, reset in night, adopt the English liquid crystal display to indicate the corresponding parameters, and able to use the keys on the controller to freely set various parameters.

This controller corresponding platform required to be incline single shaft platform, the drive motor of platform is DC brush motor,the motor voltage is 12V or 24V, current of single motor must be less than 15A. Both direction of platform all should have limit switch.




1.Main controller:
Mounting holes at 4MM: left and right hole distance: 174MM, up and down hole distance: 60MM.
The waterproof box is used as the shell, with 6 waterproof interfaces for line connection. All lines on the main board are connected by terminal wiring. The corresponding parameter status on the display screen can be seen through the upper cover, and various operations can be carried out on the controller through the keys.

2. Direction detect head:




The test head makes the high accurate photosensitive elements in applicable light spectrum range as sun sensitive components,isted by semi sphere transparent shell, internal configured fan shape crack type irisingembly, internal configured gyroscope , able to test both side sun radiation strength and incline angle at the same time, transmit the signal to main control panel through the cable at about 3m length.

The fix method of test head is that directly fix on the platform by M6 bolts and action along with platform, should be solid when installing, at the same time, the east direction on the test head should corresponding to east direction of geographical, and same to overturn direction of device.

3. Wind speed sensor (Optional):


Air speed sensor is voltage type, air speed and signal voltage to be proportion (the behind attached the signal voltage and envment air speed corresponding table), air speed sensor need user self connect the wire into controller, attention that black wire connect G, black wire with stripes connect IN.

5. Limit Switch (Optional)

This controller also able to connect in three wire type NPN type approach switch, able to connect the supply power+terminal into +terminal of limit terminal when use this type switch as limit then okay, the others same to method B. (for example, when the company purchases the proximity switch, the wiring definition is: Brown +, blue G, black limit signal.) Note that the top is the sensing area. When there is metal within 5mm, the limit signal will be output.
