You can install it by yourself or going to a stylist.

If you’re doing them yourself, you may need:

Hair Scalp Oil, Edge Control or Jam, Rattail comb, Two mirrors.

How to Sleep with Box Braids?

Use a satin scarf and a bonnet (Or long Satin bonnet) to protect braids.

Tie the scarf around your edges to protect the front of your hair. The bonnet is to keep the individual braids out of your way while sleeping and protect them from getting frizzy.
