Common Customer Questions:

Q: Why does my camera not turn on?

A: Check whether the battery is red, whether the battery is charged, and whether the battery type is correct, turn the switch from OFF to TEST and wait for a few seconds to see if the screen is lit.

Q: No photo/camera does not work.

A: A genuine memory card below 32G and above C10 speed is required. Format it before use and insert it into the hine. In TEST mode, the screen lights up. 1. Check whether the screen shows the card reading sign, 2. Manually take a ture and check the ture, 3. After TEST is turned ON, the r will be triggered on the front of the camera.

Q: Fast power consumption.

A: 1. Set the camera sensitivity to low to reduce the number of photos taken.

2. Set the intermittent time, only start once in a unit time period.

3. Set the working time period.

4. Use high-quality AA batteries or use with solar batteries.

5. Reduce the time of the camera in the TEST interface and reduce power consumption.

Q: The e control does not work (some models).

A: 1. Check whether the e control insulation sheet is removed.

2. Check the e control battery (some logistics will remove the battery). The battery model CR2025.

3. The e control is only used to set up the camera. It can be used when the screen is turned on in the TEST mode of the camera.

Q: Damaged acceories.

A: We support applying for replacement parts.

Q: The hine freezes.

A: Don't store too much content in the memory card, be sure to format it before use.
