Select a food item, cut it, put it on a baking sheet, and select the temperature and the time that will automatically count down. Resolve a very simple process in a few steps that you can do in a few minutes.

Control panel:

1. On / off button

Turn the device on and off. When the device is turned on, the set parameters: drying time (10 hours), and drying temperature (45 C) are displayed. The device can be turned off by pressing this button at any time, even when dry.

2. SET Set button

Use this button to set the desired drying time and temperature. If you press the Set button, the time display will flash and can be adjusted with the rotary knob (from 1 to 24 hours in 30-minute increments). Press the Set button again, and the temperature display flashes. Now use the rotary knob to set the temperature. (from 35 to 70 C in steps of 5 C). You can change the settings at any time during the drying process.
