Wellteen Him includes vitamins B6, B12 and vitamin C which contribute to normal energy release and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. A range of nutrients including zinc, selenium, iron, folic acid, vitamins B6 & B12, C and vitamin D contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Wellteen Him includes zinc, iron and iodine which contribute to normal cognitive function, whilst pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance to help support concentration levels when studying.
