Directions

1. Wash your hands and open the foil bag. 

2. Fully unravel the string at the stem of the tampon. 

3. Insert the tampon inside the vag*na approximately 7cm deep. 

4. After 48-72 hours, remove the pearl by pulling on the string and discard. 

5. Allow 24 hours before inserting the next tampon. 

6. For best results use 6-12 tampons/Pearls for full treatment

7. Don't use during period, pregnancy or sex.
