Warranty CoverageWe warrants that the home indoor camera will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase  is required for warranty claims.2. What is Covered?Manufacturing defects in hardware components.Malfunctions under normal operating conditions.3. What is Not Covered?This warranty does not cover:Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.Issues arising from incorrect power supply, water damage, or exposure to extreme conditions.Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or minor imperfections.Software-related issues not caused by manufacturing defects.Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers.Any loss of data, recordings, or functionality due to user error or external factors (e.g., network issues).4. Customer Responsibilities (Self-Installation)Since the customer is responsible for installation:The warranty is void if improper installation causes damage.The customer must follow the provided installation manual and safety guidelines.Any modifications or tampering with the Product will void the warranty.
