One thing I noticed and forgot to comment earlier was it looked like one piece of soap was cut into 2 to meet my order of 2 packs May be that was why the boxes were too big for the soaps. I believe the soap was already out of stock because after my orders it was nolonger on the web and on the web it shows a smoothly made soap.Unlike my orders that had un even sides due to the separation. Just know that I felt so cheated just because of the ingredients I decided to use it. I wouldn't want to experience such in my next orders. When you want to build customers'confidence and gain their trust in your offering, you have to be consistent and honest.
