Recipe Idea: Citrus Rubbed ChickenIngredients1 Knorr Chicken Bouillon Cube, crumbled1 Tbsp. olive oil3 Tbsp. lemon juice1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel1 3- to 3-½-pound roasting chicken, cut into serving piecesDirections

1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in small bowl. Evenly coat chicken with bouillon mixture.

2. Grill or broil chicken, turning once, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 20 minutes.

Substitution: Use orange or lime juice instead of lemon.
