Liberty Protect - Device Insurance

3.    The Master Policy covers loss or damaged (90% of the cost)  for one year caused by:

4.    1. Accidental damage to the item insured  - including liquid damages 

5.    2. Theft of the item;

6.    3. Malicious damage;

7.    4. Non-political Riot, strikes and civil commotion.

9.    What is not insured ?

10. 1. War and related perils;

11. 2. political riots, terrorism and related perils;

12. 3. Consequential losses/loss of use of any kind;

13. 4. Damage/breakage of glass for mobile phones;

14. 5. Wear, tear and depreciation;

15. 6. Loss or damage caused by nuclear materials;

16. 7. The first 10% of the claim Amount being lodged;

17. 8. Any third-party liability arising out of the use of the equipment;

18. 9. Confiscation, nationalization or acquisition by government or other lawful authority

19. 10. Loss or damage by theft or attempted theft after the dwelling house has remained vacant for

20. more than 30 consecutive days.

21. 11. Loss/Damage to software or any data.

22. 12. Power surge;

23. 13. Theft by any member of the Insured’s household or his employee being involved directly or

24. indirectly as principal or accomplice or with the connivance of the Insured.
