The Original Tampons have a normal level of absorbency and are ideal for use on days when you are experiencing medium to heavy flow. Curved grooves provide effective protection. StayDry technology ensures that the string remains dry at all times.

The tampons are designed with a 100% plant-based core and are free from chemicals (such as pesticides), perfumes and chlorine bleach.

Application of Tampons

There are a few things to keep in mind when using tampons:

Wash your hands thoroughly before and after inserting a tampon.

Adjust the tampon size to the strength of your days.

Change the tampon regularly. If the bleeding is heavy, the tampon should be changed more often, usually every 3 - 6 hours. The tampon can also be worn for 6 to 8 hours on days with less bleeding.

It is recommended to change the tampon after a maximum of 8 hours!

Of course, tampons can also be used overnight. If you sleep longer than 8 hours, change the tampon as soon as you get up.

For reasons of hygiene, tampons are individually packed. Make sure you only use tampons whose original packaging is undamaged.

TSS - Toxic Shock Syndrome or Tampon Sickness is a very rare disease caused by a bacterial infection that can occur in connection with the use of tampons. It is therefore important to adhere to all of the above-mentioned hygiene measures. In addition, ask your gynaecologist for further tips to prevent possible risks.

After use, tampons are disposed of in the residual waste and should not be flushed down the toilet!
