Network issues and horrible video calls

I wanted this phone so bad and really wish something could be done because I love it. But I really struggle with a weak network connection in the places I had no issues with when I used another Redmi. Also, making online calls, the videos are literally scrambled pictures on both sides. Never had this issue before with any other phone. I am very disappointed because we got it for the video calls. The camera, battery are fine.
