How to use:

Step 1: Grip it

Pull out the pusher until it "clicks" and hold the tampon applicator with two fingers at the grip.

Step 2: Insert it

Hold applicator with two fingers at the grip, relax your muscles, place the tip and slide it in all the way to the grip.

Push it

Once inserted, use your index finger to slide the pusher completely in to release the tampon.

Pull it

After inserting the tampon, pull out the applicator (including the pusher).
