Directions for use (adults):

If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for deep action relief melt two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the soothing medicated vapours for 10 - 15 minutes.
This product can be used with other medicines.
