Is HP Stream 11 Pro good?

This laptop is good for simple office and internet tasks, and that's about it. It's hindered by a slow two-thread CPU, and the casing is not the best quality when compared to an HP EliteBook. I own both models and I can safely say this laptop just feels very cheap compared to a quality business laptop.
